In a spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, open your blank worksheet.

Save the file in CSV format. This option can usually be accessed from the File menu in your spreadsheet program, labeled as "Export as CSV" or "Download as CSV".
Open the CSV file with Notepad or another simple text editor.
Copy and paste the guest information into the Import Contacts field of the desired platform.
Click on the import button to complete the registration process.
